Best to see an osteopathic physician, who can do an osteopathic examination of the entire neck, spine, hip, pelvis, lower extremities, and also treat the area, and start moving it to it's normal anatomy. It may take time to correct, but you're young, and it should be easy. Also, have a gluten free diet to assist.
