Reassuring symptoms: Chest pains that are brief (lasting seconds) or directly related to movement (breathing in and out, arm movement, body position) are very unlikely to represent a heart attack or anything dangerous with the heart. Such pains have many possibilities, including muscle spasm, rib/cartilage bruise or inflammation, inflammation of the lining around the heart and/or lung. If it persists, see your doctor.
