I suffer from panic attacks. when i just worked out i felt the same symptoms of my attack. can the cause of my panic attacks be lack of exercise?

Maybe.: Sometimes panic attacks are due to external or internal triggers that are not consciously recognized by a person. Regular exercise may help decrease your overall level of anxiety ; tension. You may want to try deep breathing, meditation, yoga or other relaxation techniques. Write down things you like about yourself ; read them daily. Try not to be too critical of yourself.

No.: Exercis sometimes precipitate a panic attack but the lack of exercise has no bearing on creating panic attacks. However, regular exercise is always good for you.
