Part II - Yes: Similar to the chill (or flush) from your body response to anxiety. Anxiety has an animal basis in the flight or fight instinct. If we sense threat, our body prepares w/ increased pulse, respiration, etc. This heats us up - and sweat comes to balance that off. When it is only emotional, i.e., w/out actual danger - it still can happen - and feel bad making anxiety even worse - a vicious cycle.

Could be...: Anxiety manifests in many ways. Sweating is one way, but also anti anxiety medications of ssri type can increase sweating. The accelerated pulse, increased heart rate, fast thinking are elements of the noradrenergic stimulation in anxiety events.
