How valid is the "necrosis scare" of im diclofenac in your opinion? now i either have to live with the pain or take oral diclofenac and hurt my ulcer.

Rare but real: Literature review shows this a very uncommon side affect of im diclofenac. It is a side affect of all drugs of all nsaid's when injected, which includes toradol. So if there is an alternative medication that helps you that has less side affects, that should be your choice. Taking oral diclofenac with food, along with stomach acid reducer like zantac, (ranitidine) reduces ulcer risk signifigantly.
