The results of: Studies on sertraline are somewhat variable. Some show low limited prolactin elevation and others show higher levels -- and since i don't know your level, it could certainly be drug induced. Tumor levels are usually, but not always, highly elevated to many times normal. Have you checked with your doctor about the safety of sertraline in pregnancy? Last time i looked it was category c.

No: Slightly elevated elevated prolactin levels are not associated with pituitary tumors. However it may prevent you from conceiving. Discuss it with your gynecologist. He might consider treatment with dostinex (cabergoline).
