No: Hip pain in a twenties male is not usual referral pattern of pain from testes/epididymitis, which has severe pain in the scrotum on one side with pain to direct palpation. Causes could include hernia, hip bursitis, or referred pain from disordered sacroiliac joint, which does refer pain to groin. Sees primary doctor to get properly diagnosed.
