You have to carefull: With the pain medications try to use as little as possible take it easy and restrict activities as recommended by your doctor generally neck injuries take some time to heal and improve follow the instructions given when you left the hospital if the pain is getting worse you may need more tests your orthopedist doctor will examine you and then recommend the next option for you good luck.
