Hemorroid: Stop squeezing and see a rectal surgeon. You may have an abscess that needs to be incised and drained.

Conservative mgmt: Sounds like a mini abscess in an inconvenient place. Given that it's draining your body's immune system should take care of the rest but if you're feverish or in severe pain, you should contact the doctor who treated your hemorrhoid for possible site infection, especially if you see expanding redness. Good hygiene and avoiding constipation are mandatory.
