Not normal: I'm sorry that your doctor has not been able to help you so far. Maybe it's time for a second opinion? Usually a work up for bleeding would include hormone testing, infection testing, perhaps hematologic testing, and pelvic imaging, possibly with a saline ultrasound. These tests may take several visits to accomplish. Hormone prescriptions may be able to control your bleeding in the meantime.
