Untreated GC: Untreated gonorrhea: a woman could develop pelvic inflammatory disease which may cause fever, pain, infertility ; ^ chances for ectopic pregnancy. A male could develop epididymitis ; more rarely – infertility. It can spread to to both blood ; joints. It can even lead to death.
