Give it time: Not all root canals settle down immediately, sometimes they may take several weeks to be comfortable. Was the tooth feeling ok before the crown? Are you having any biting sensitivity? Best advice would be to get back into see your dentist and let him reevaluate. Sometimes a simple bite adjustment is all you really need.

Call your dentist: Post operative discomfort is not uncommon after any dental procedure. It is most commonly caused by the inflammation that results from the manipulation of the area. Normal inflammation subsides in 7-14 days. If your condition lingers or escalates i suggest you call your dentist to be reevaluated.
