I have had 3 teeth root canaled, some more than once. i have ongoing pain and tingling in the face. my endodontistsays that my teeth are ok but i don't believe it. what shouldi do?

Second opinion: If you are unsure as to what is happening get a second opinion. It certainly can be that the root canal treatment is ok and there is another cause. It also could be that a tooth is fractured somewhere. Fractures are hard to detect and in fact sometimes you do not know that a tooth had one till the tooth is extracted and you can then see it. The problem may not be related to your teeth at all.

See an oral surgeon: Tingling in the face is not a symptom of endodontic pathology. There can be something elso going on here and you should have it evaluated.

Other causes: There are other causes of facial pain. Myofacial pain associated with tmj, trigeminal neuralgia, sinus pain, etc. I suggest you get a second opinion, so you can rule out tooth pain and look at other sources of pain.
