Maybe: You have some brain lesions associated with sjogren's, but perhaps your doctors found some white matter lesions in the MRI films, and are considering ms. Recommend caution here, as important to really get the correct diagnosis and not jump to immediate conclusions in your case. Might be best to see a neurologist in the near future.
