I just had a salpingectomy 2 days ago. i've been noticing pain gradually increasing in my neck, making it very difficult to move. i've also noticed gradual pain in my jaw. is this normal?

Very strange: Salpingectomy has to do with your fallopian tubes that are far away from your neck. The only thing that i can suggest is that when you were under anesthesia or at another time, you may have sprained your neck.

No not normal: No it is not normal after salpingectomy, get it checked by your doctor to find the cause and get appropriate treatment.
