Need More Studies: Has been used to suppress appetite;weight loss.There have been one study done in us and the other in india;has been validated as a safe supplement as long as it is consumed according to label this product has not been approved by fda.And in my view it is not a long term use for weight loss without proper diet and exercise program.And it needs more scientific studies to be recommended for wt loss.
