Anxiety or more: Late twenties female w. Fear of falling asleep w. Concern for "passing out" ; accompanied by rapid heartbeats has odd collection of symptoms that bespeak of a psychological problem. These sound like panic attacks and something physical could be involved, like mitral valve prolapse or thyroid disorder for example. A primary medical doctor intake is recommended followed by a psychologist.
