Sleep hygiene check: The hours you're sleeping are fine, however if you're getting up three times during the night, then you need to see the cause of why this is happening. This can happen if a person is drinking liquids after 7 pm needing to void later. Using and having too much electronics around you, before sleeping can make you not sleep deeply. Avoid caffeinated beverages after 2 pm in case you're sensitive to their effects.
