3 suggestions: 1. Ck w school nurse re: government sponsored programs. 2. Seek rx at a university's dental school. They often have reduced fee programs. 3. Ask an orthodontist. Most orthodontic offices provide wonderful service and have numerous payment options, some of them very creative. It never hurts to ask.
