Should not be: Medically speaking, they are the same medication so should not differ in efficacy. At time, different manufacturers may use different inert ingredients such as dyes for coloring, or the encapsulation process, etc. And on a rare occasion, these minor differences may affect the way a person reacts to the medication . An fyi, the other issue is, the fda now recommends the max dose in females is 5mg.
