At time, different manufacturers may use different inert ingredients such as dyes for coloring, or the encapsulation process, etc. And on a rare occasion, these minor differences may affect the way a person reacts to the medication . An fyi, the other issue is, the fda now recommends the max dose in females is 5mg.
