Sleep aid : Unisom sleep tabs have are doxylamine, which is an antihistamine. Most people develop a tolerance to the sedation of antihistamines over time. Ambien or zolpidem binds to a portion of the gaba-benzodiazepine receptor in the brain. Most people do not become tolerant to the effect of ambien.
