Check cortisol level: Usually people who have low cortisol level complain of fatigue and depression. This is the same with low testosterone or estrogen. There's evidence that elevated cortisol can also depressed testosterone levels. You need to know if this is indeed your case or not. Since cortisol is the primary stress hormone, lifestyle changes would revolve around any form of stress reduction: meditation, exercise, yoga or gentle stretching, worrying less, doing things are calming.
