Boat feeling?: Assume you mean that you feel unsteady, have balance problems. The inner ear can't be examined with an otoscope. Conditions like endolymphatic hydrops/meniere's disease can cause dizziness, balance disorders, nausea, hearing loss, headaches. Find a neurootologist to consult, or at very least, an ent.

Dizzy?: If you meant being dizzy, you need to consult an ENT doctor and/or a neurologist. Remember that dizziness can be a part of migraine. Jaw problem can also cause dizziness.
