Tiredness: You wife complaints of stomach pain and fatigue could symptoms of a gastrointestinal problem, ulcer, esophagitis and her tiredness may due to some blood loss caused by one of those issues. Have her see a physician to check her stool for blood and get a blood test to see what her hemoglobin level is. Good luck.
