Many causes: Many things can cause vomiting, so it's difficult to narrow it down with the info you provided. It could be a viral infection, a gallstone, an ulcer, pregnancy, food poisoning. If she has fever, abdominal pain, or dizziness when standing she should be seen by a physician soon.
