I usually have my period for 5days out of them 5days it was pink and light and it only lasted 24hrs and i still had cramps for a couple of days help?

Irregular: Sounds like that period was irregular. Maybe some Ibuprofen for the cramps would help. If you would like the periods to be more regular, you can consider birth control pills. Or wait another month and see what happens with the next cycle.
