Yes, abnormal.: It is not normal to be on your period for three months. I would suggest seeing a gynecologist to sort out the cause of the abnormal bleeding. It's also important to see if you are anemic as a result of the chronic bleeding. Depending on the cause, it is possible that the abnormal bleeding could be treated with oral contraceptive pills or vaginal ring.
