hi doctors, now i'm using pills ( just 1 kind ) to cure the irregular periods. maybe i'll have to use them for a few years to have regular periods again. can i use some herbs like fenugreek 610mg, red clover 400mg, saw palmetto 540mg during i cure the irr

Be careful!: Make sure you discuss this with your PCP before starting it, or go to your pharmacist and check for herb/meds interaction. Red clover is very close to coumadin (warfarin) or a blood thinner, and saw palmetto is for male health, not female health. I can't comment on fenugreek. So sometimes less is more, and having too many things on board may be just too much, and not helping! Work with your doctor first!
