Yes: It's normal to feel tender inside after a pap smear exam. It's unclear what your doctor meant by white spot. Did they tell you that he needed to be removed or that they were concerned? There are normal system the cervix called nabothian cysts. All women have these and sometimes they're white. Consider contacting your doctor so you fully understand what he or she saw. Good luck.
