How do i stop fluid from building up in my ears?

Clogged nose: Often it is from the nose being clogged along with the inner ear tube opening. You need to relieve the nasal congestion in order to prevent this from recurring. See your doctor to get a rx nasal spray for the nasal congestion.

ENT: If fluid is in the middle ear we call this otitis media and it may be infectious but often due to allergies and irritants. First have it checked out properly by an ENT specialist and he may refer you to an allergist.
