I did a d&c 4days ago & 2day took a hput it was positive. should i b concerned? and i hv terrible abdominal pain with light blood stains.

Depends on reason: A positive urine pregnancy test means a woman is pregnant or was recently pregnant. So, if a d;c was done to get rid of a pregnancy in the uterus, or to remove some left over tissues remaining from a pregnancy, then the urine pregnancy test should go negative shortly. Otherwise, it's time to recheck with the doctor.
