Normal: Range in women should be between 0.5-4.5. 0.139 is a bit low, an endocrinologist or primary could determine if your thyroid is hyperactive.

Low TSH: See your pcp to check additional labs-t3, t4, thyroglobulin levels. Depending on the results, you will be started on thyroid medication. A low TSH could mean hyperthyroidism.
