See experts...: Record quality and quantity of pain and sequence of events, and bring those to see urologist. An experienced knowledgeable one should be able to figure out what it's from. If the pain is highly variable in its intensity, duration, and interval, i'm sure to state such pain is not from inflammation/infection, instead from possible testis wist or regional nerve irritation.
