Secretions: Even the non-breast-feeding women have some nipple secretions sometimes. Since you have an inverted nipple, they don't get out easily and can store up there along with sloughed skin cells. It could be normal, but you may want to have it checked out at your next examination.

Don't worry : Is a normal thing. The white waxiness comes from being inverted for awhile.
