Unreliable sign: "Little white bumps" on areola/nipples are called Montgomery glands or areolar skin glands. Their purpose isn't entirely known. They may be more common in pregnancy, but are not specific enough to be taken as a confirmatory sign of pregnancy. I doubt you are pregnant, but if you continue with no period for another week or so, contact your doctor. Good wishes:)
