Antibiotics: It takes maybe 5 seconds for antibiotics to reach the stomach after you swallow them. If you had a loose stool 5 minutes after taking them, it is very unlikely that the antibiotics were lost from you system as they would have been in the stomach at that time. And yes, they would still be effective.

Yes: Better if you have taken peptobismol first, then antibiotic in 30 mins or so.
