Possible, not likely: After having a miscarriage your periods may take some time to return to normal. It is possible to ovulate and get pregnant even prior to having a normal period. If you don't want to be pregnant, be sure to use some method of birth control. And if your periods have not returned to normal by perhaps 3 months after your miscarriage, it's time to see a doctor.
