A member asked:

I have not had a period for a little over two months, could nine negative first response pregnancy tests still be giving a false negative?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely/blood test: If you did the test correctly, you are not pregnant. If you want to clear all doubts, see your doctor for a blood test. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time.
