Do the test: From what you say you are most likely not infected, but I do advise you to complete the assessment. Don't go weak in the knees now. You have shown real courage and determination. I understand this is a stressful period, but take a deep breath and move forward. In the long run you will be better off knowing, no matter what the result. Best wishes.
