PCP: Your family doctor or any internist can check you to advise you about it. It is simple test which can be done either as serum protein electrophoresis(spe) or if need be , as quantitative immunoglobulins.

Family Doc/Hemtologi: Testing is done in lab ad your family dotor can do the screening test. But if tst is positive it should be referred to hematologist or an immunologist.
