Yes it is OK: Yes it is ok.The new jnc7 guidelines state BP below 140/90 is satisfactory control but you need to take your meds all the tme daily and not on andff folow your doctors advice and also check your cholesterol, triglycrides and blood sugar as well.Do not smoke.

Need to stick with m: Stick with your meds...It looks like you will need them for the long hall. The goal is to keep your upper BP under 140 and lower BP under 90 or better yet under 85mm. You can see that you are close to where it should be. Avoid added salt and exercise(walking) daily as much as possible.
