Usually..: 'Whey, either in a powdered form, or liquid (like Premium protein with 30g of protein per 11.2 oz serving. Either is good and the powders can make great protein/berry smoothies, but I like the pre-mixed convenience! Also, you can pack them and have them easily at work or on the road!
