No.: Humans don't get "bloat" like dogs and other animals do. It is a muscle ache / spasm.

Unlikely: It's unlikely that you could have a twist of your stomach/intestines as a result of running on a stomach full of water. The most likely explanation is what is called a "side stitch", or a muscle cramp of the abdomen or intercostal muscles of the chest wall. Allow some time and stretching to see if this resolves. If not, follow with a doctor. Take great care!
