I'm going through some stress and the way i deal with it is by running. is it ok to go out on a jog at 30 weeks pregnant?

Yes: If you've been exercising in that way through the whole pregnancy, there's no data to show that running/jogging in pregnancy is harmful. Most important is to stay super hydrated, as it's much easier to become dehydrated when you are pregnant. If you haven't exercised like that in pregnancy, then maybe i wouldn't start now as you're at increased risk injury. Hope feel better!
