No, you have Crohn's: You may be describing symptoms of poorly controlled or flaring crohn's. Plugging up diarrhea doesn't fix the problem, as you've learned. Ignoring crohn's in favor of treating just it's symptoms places you at risk. Return to your GI doctor to discuss appropriate evaluation ; intensified treatment.
