Depends: If you have any broken bones or dislocation of the nasal strutter, it could be permanent. If it is just swelling it will be mostly gone after about 48 hours. I would recommend an md take a look in the nose to make sure there is not a problem which might require intervention (septal hematoma or nasal fracture).
