i think i ovulated at cd19 (according to ewcm) days later i got little pain on my ovary and small amount of ewcm! is it possible to ovulate twice?

No: While you might release more than one egg at the time of ovulation, it is not physiologically possible to ovulate twice at two separate points in time without an intervening cycle.

Yes: The pain and change in cervical mucous is consistent with ovulation. Even though it seemed to occur late, this sounds pretty normal.

You should: The dermoid should not effect ovulation. It need to be watched, however, to make sure it's not growing. If so, it would need to be removed.

Ovulation : If a blood test shows you are already ovulating then there is no need to regulate the periods. Ovulation is what is required for conception to occur.
