Fiber supplement: Start out conservatively with daily fiber supplement such as metamucil but you can choose any of them at the grocery store whether one prefers a powder to mix with water, tablets or wafers. If this fails after 1-2 months then consider anoscopy with rubber banding of internal hemorrhoids which can be done simply in the office in a few minutes.
