Symptoms?: You need to be asymptomatic before you should engage in sports where you may hurt your head again. That means that you should not have some of the symptoms of concussion-ie. Headaches, nausea, trouble thinking or focusing. Concussions can have a cumulative effect if the brain has not sufficiently recovered from the last one. Check with your doctor if you are concerned or not getting better.
