I feel normal but i am slightly dizzy and drowsy with a loss of appetite. can this be a concussion i was play punching myself yesterday but not hard at all but after i just felt different. if this is a concussion can i play a soccer tourny next week?

A concussion by definition is a closed head injury that has caused loss of consciousness, loss of memory, or a combination of both. You do NOT describe a concussion, merely playing around. You do not appear to have any major issues, but if concerned, contact your doctor.
